Revamping the brand identity
What I did
As an early stage startup their keen focus was not on the UI but the functionality. After coming in I revamped multiple stuff in multiple products.
Dashboard and it’s Features
What I did
Figured out a lot of UX Gaps and ways to revamp the UI and minultly crafted the specifics and also introduced shortcuts for better productivity
Loan Term Deviation
What I did
I introduced a slick new feature that lets lender agents tweak loan parameters based on their metrics and evaluations. They can then shoot it over to the credit team for a deeper dive.
Channel management
What I did
In mega-sized organisations with tens of thousands of folks spread across various agents and hierarchies, keeping track of the chain of command, reporting managers, and taking actionable steps to manage these users can be a real headache. So, we put our heads together and came up with a game-changing feature that streamlines the whole process, making it a breeze to manage people effortlessly.
